Emily O’Connor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at O’Connor Law, ensuring the firm’s processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with its strategic objectives. Her responsibilities include managing budgets, implementing technology solutions, streamlining workflows, maintaining relationships with vendors, analyzing data, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Mrs. O’Connor earned her BA in Communications from U.C. Davis. She has served on the Board of Directors for both the Contra Costa chapter of NAMI and the National Charity League, and has chaired several committees for the Acalanes Union High School District Parent-Student Development Task Force. Her career began in advertising and marketing at Grey Advertising, later expanding into human capital management in e-billing software. Additionally, she has managed corporate relationships and career services at the University of California, Berkeley Haas Business School. With expertise spanning marketing, technology, consulting, and law, she has helped guide individuals and organizations to success across these industries.
