Sean is a retired police officer who has experience in both civil and criminal investigations. During his law enforcement career, he held various assignments, including patrol, investigations, DUI enforcement, field training, safety board officer, and hostage negotiations. Since retiring from law enforcement, Sean has used his skill set to assist in personal injury matters as well as in the criminal defense of clients in both state and federal courts. He has received his POST Intermediate Certificate, has been POST Background certified, and has trained in Interview and Interrogations, as well as B.A.T.I. Basic and Advanced Courses.
He has worked with both private citizens and licensed attorneys to provide surveillance, collect and review evidence, interview witnesses, review official reports and discovery, and to offer courtroom testimony. Serving Contra Costa County, San Francisco, Oakland, Stockton, San Jose, and surrounding cities, as well as the San Diego Metro Area.
